Louisiana State Treasurer John Fleming, MD, will be our guest speaker. He is running for the U.S. Senate seat, which will become available in 2026. 

John Fleming was elected Louisiana State Treasurer on November 18, 2023, and sworn in on January 8, 2024. A physician, entrepreneur, businessman, and military veteran, he is also a former Congressman from Louisiana's 4th district. He served four terms in Congress from 2009 to 2017. While in Congress, he was one of the founders of the House Freedom Caucus. After leaving Congress, he was appointed to three different positions in the Trump administration. John and Cindy have been married for 46 years. They have four grown children and six grandchildren.
