 n Thursday, January 13th! We will be focusing on the state level.  We
  are honored to have Kevin Kane of the Pelican Institute - The Insti
 tute's mission is to advance sound state policies based on the princip
 les of free enterprise, individual liberty, and limited government. We
  will also have State Senator Elbert Guillory of district 24. Sena
 tor Guillory will discuss the upcoming redistricting Issue and how it
  will effect our state. We will also be honored with one of solders 
 from the 256th to share his experience, strenth and hope. Please make
