There will be a council meeting at 4:30 PM not 5:30 PM to decide the amount of the fee that will be charged to those who have Opt-Outed of the Smart Meters. It is essential that all of you that can attend this meeting be there. Discussion will be allowed. Read Monday's article in the Advertiser in the opinion section on Smart Meter Fires.
