I keep thinking the chances of seeing this kind of thing happen in Louisiana are slim to none, but in today's political climate who knows, things have a way of happening that we can't foresee. They did try it in NOLA after Katrina, but had to give them back. It left people disarmed against looters.

I been wondering when we might start seeing reports like this
one and from people who would be considered not of a kook
