CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICANS CHALLENGE GOVERNOR JINDAL’S EDUCATION REFORM--LA Supreme Court Accepts Amicus Curiae Brief

The People, LLC (pro se) filed an amicus curiae brief with the Louisiana Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of Act 2 of Governor Jindal’s Education Reform Package which concerns the unconstitutionality of vouchers. We received notification from Louisiana’s high court on March 22nd that our brief had been accepted.
